In 2019 Fairmont Royal York Hotel was being deeply renovated and we performed all the painting needed. In the course of this contract we have painted 7 floors, 196 rooms, corridors, basement, lobby, restaurant, fitness rooms, washrooms, board rooms etc.
The actual work consisted of filing and patching of the surfaces for priming and two coats of paint on trims, windows, baseboards, walls, crown moldings, ceilings and doors by spraying/rolling. Working in such Luxuries Hotels requires the highest quality workmanship, which we poses and apply on all of our projects.
