Interior and exterior painting of two occupied apartment buildings, 176 Wilson Street and 111 Van Order Drive in Kingston, Ontario.
The work included: drywall repairs, fiber glass columns restoration, baseboards removal, painting all common areas such as walls and ceilings within the hallways, stairwells, common rooms, garbage rooms, laundry rooms, and lobbies to the exterior, doors. One of the buildings was in very rough shape, that required a lot of patching, drywall repairs, drywall corners restoration etc.
The owner was so pleased with our work, that we ended up painting another 5 storey building for them, located at 37 Cassidy St. Kingston.
